About this policy
This policy describes information collected through the Fixr-Up website at fixrup.biz and inquiries made through it. For questions about your information, contact fixrup247@gmail.com or call (315) 484-3950.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project address or town, requested service, preferred timeframe if provided, and the project details you enter. We also receive information you choose to share in follow-up communications. Please do not include payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information in the estimate form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss your project, prepare estimates, arrange services, and maintain related business records. We also use website activity information to understand how visitors use the site, improve its content, and help protect it against misuse. Submitting an estimate request allows us to follow up about that inquiry; it does not by itself enroll you in a marketing text-message program.
Estimate forms and service providers
Our estimate form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Fixr-Up at fixrup247@gmail.com. FormSubmit and our email provider process the information needed to deliver and store those communications. FormSubmit may present a spam-prevention check. Review FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its handling of submitted information.
Website hosting, email, and analytics providers may process information as part of operating their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or the security of our services.
Google Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and visitor interactions. It uses cookies and similar technology and may collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, browser and device details, referral sources, and approximate location. Google processes this information under its own policies.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and read Google’s Privacy Policy. Browser controls and the add-on have different scopes and may not stop every form of technical logging.
Links to other websites
Our site links to services such as Facebook and review platforms. When you follow those links, the other site’s privacy practices apply. Please review its policy before providing information.
Retention and security
Inquiry and project information may be retained for follow-up, service delivery, business records, and applicable legal obligations. Retention also depends on the systems used by our service providers. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit the estimate form and contact us by phone instead. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up, email fixrup247@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for ongoing services, business records, or legal obligations. Any rights available under applicable privacy laws depend on your location and circumstances.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for people seeking contracting services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, please contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest update.
